Come to as many classes as you want as well as opportunities to come to any "open" gym time as written per the schedule.

Note: We highly suggest you start with "3x a Week" so you can give your body at least a month or two to adapt to the high intensity workouts. You can always upgrade memberships later. 

3x a Week ($167 monthly)

We would like to see you on a regular basis but understand that some may have unpredictable schedules and/or travel often. this membership actually allows 13 classes a month to be used at your discretion.
