1 year CrossFit Goal: As an athlete increase max dead lift, increase grip/core strength and 15+ consecutive ring dips and contribute to the positive development of the CFC community and its members.
Favorite CrossFit Workout: Anything that is less than 10 minutes
Activities outside of CrossFit: Basketball, racquetball and eating desserts with my wife.
