Step 1: Complimentary Consultation

Do not let this scare you off, but CrossFit is NOT for everyone. Not due to any physical challenges, as all of the workouts are adjustable to anyone's needs, but it is possible that it will not be your preference of workout style. Not everyone is going to want to work under high intensity and challenge themselves mentally on a regular basis. It is hard work... but the rewards are worth it. 

We will sit for a complimentary consultation to talk and see if your goals are aligned with the services we provide. If it seems to be a good fit... we can take you through a workout. If not, maybe we can refer you to a better fit for your needs. 

Step 2: Foundations Program

We require all members to go through our Foundations Program which consists of one-on-one sessions with a coach to learn about the fundamental movements we use in our program and how to adjust if you are unable to do those movements, as well as begin to build a base and do some of our starter workouts under direct supervision. Each session will be 45-60 minutes. 
We know this can be intimidating so we offer a great deal if you would like to have a friend attend these sessions with you!
We also offer a "test out" option for those of you that have done CrossFit previously.

Step 3: Select a Membership Type

We offer two general memberships: Unlimited and 3x a week. We also offer drop-in punch cards as well personal/small group training. Set up a "Free Session" or a consultation to learn more.
