    Did Angie but split in 4 rounds and with mods since I wasn’t able to make the gym

    4 rounds:
    25 Orange banded standing high pulls
    25 Pushups
    25 V-ups
    25 Squats

    TIME – 13:57

    V-ups were probably the worst part as I didn’t let my feet touch the ground at the bottom which was rough on the midline endurance. Pushup unbroken thru first 3 rounds and the high pulls actually ended up being comparable to pullups so this was a sufficiently challenging variation

    Started the day with a computer check-in error, and by the time it got straightened out, it cost me 6 burpees.

    Was hoping to do a partner WOD today, but since there was an odd number of fellas, I got easily swayed into doing the 12 days of Xmas.

    12 Days of Xmas: 25:38. Came out blazing with Mariah Carey setting the tone. Felt good throughout, but just chipped along. Was a little envious of the boys as they finished at the 15 min mark, but everyone stuck around and cheered on the rest of the song, so I appreciated it. Great way to end the 2012 year. Happy New Year’s to the CFC community and looking forward to PR’s in 2013.

    @Jean today is a Bears fan worst nightmare. I just won’t say anything bad about the Pack today….

    Thanks to Nick and Kristin for getting in some yoga prior to their 10 am WOD.

    Thinking about adding yoga to your routine in 2013? Come in for a Sunday AM class: YOGA from 9-10am and then WOD from 10-11am. SUPER EASY and your body will thank you.
