    No yoga today, but Sunday classes resume next week, 12/2 from 9-10am.

    9AM with Coach Carolyn….

    Made up: Partner Metcon w/ Justin

    -around 650reps for us….even split of work at each station.

    A couple lbs rounder and one year older now from Thanksgiving weekend.

    Did Friday’s WOD with Coach Kacey at 11a. Had to scale DU to 10, and WB at 10#. Was able to keep WB at sets of 10 throughout, and was able to string 10 DU together for last few rounds. Time was 19:41.

    Friday’s WOD today and the partner WOD yesterday have annihilated me! I am moving around like a 90 yr old!

    Make up day for Saturday for me. I had a 3 way wod with the Ambassador & McMuscles. My lack of conditioning was showing big time. I think my score was 327. I came out screaming in the first round & quickly slowed down. My 2 partners outdid me by about 150 reps each.

    Here i am, back on regular programming! Fun!?!

    Still taking it easy on my back so tried to maintain good technique throughout. Kept a pace that wouldn’t let me maintain good form but still pushed it a little bit. Great group of athletes and great coaching on a nice Sunday morning! This WOD was as tough as it looked!
