    Monday’s WOD RX

    10 KB Swing 1.5 pood
    15 #20 WB
    20 cals on rower

    15:19 first one back so relatively happy with the time.

    Mobility still as flexible as a kit-kat from the freezer.

    11am rowing class with SarahC

    10min steady state warm up. tried to stay between 100-110 watts

    WOD: 4 intervals, 1000m each, 30 sec in between.
    each interval was 4min plus, didn’t capture the exact time very well. watt avg 140 for first 3 intervals, 136 on last. 24-26 strokes/min. goal was 25, but didn’t figure out how to stay at that pace until the last 2 intervals.

    happy to be back after a 3 week break.

    Me and a friend was on about 4 4 2.. I think it’s dead.. But I do think we should use it sometimes at home…
