    If you need a sub for today’s workout. Work on some handstands and/or handstand push-ups. Impress the family with your technical gymnastic skills. I suggest socks on the walls to avoid scuff marks. Have a great holiday!

    Happy Holidays everyone. Did 100 burpees in 9 minutes today and 10 rounds of 30 second handstands and 30 second squats. Had to pause for a bit after 7 rounds.

    Squats score 15

    Push ups score 5 (really need to work on this)

    rested 1.5 min between squats and pushups

    18:37 as RX’ed

    Set of 80 squats was the worst…messes with your head. Muscle ups weren’t bad till I got to 6, had to start breaking them up. The 10 set of muscle ups were 2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1. Tore up my arms.

    14:30 with jumping muscle ups. Bottom of rings were eye level. Next time raise rings a few inches to top of head level. Very sore in legs and shoulders today from this one.

    subbed double unders for squats and finished in 14:50. good wod for the upper body and calves
