I did Angie with “Animal” today in 20:32. Then I ran a 5K in 26 minutes. Not great for me on either WOD, working off holiday sweets, I’m afraid.
I know I say this a lot but this is a great workout.
Note to self: bend your arms when you roll, otherwise it is simply called slamming flat on your back.
Nice job Emily on the P-PP-PJ workout. I’m going to have to get me some “magic” lifting shoes.
Tom, You’re going to have to take a pic of you and
“Animal” and email it to me. Maybe snow burpees?
Was checking out the video fromthe Affiliate Blog and ran into this http://www.vimeo.com/2631633 see anyone we know?
Thanks, Rudy! You definitely need to get shoes. They’re terrific.
Today I worked out at Forged Fit, one of the new Indianapolis Crossfit affiliates. The WOD was kettlebell swings with a continuous running clock: 1 rep the 1st minute, 2 the 2nd, etc. for max minutes.
I did it as Rx’ed for women (1.5 pood) and completed 11 minutes. Between the Christmas gluttony and the hard workout, I’m worn out big time.
Joey, Jeff says hi!
no way! you worked out at jeff’s box??? thats awesome he’s been telling me great things about it. jeff was my Hapkido training partner back in college…i need to get down there to get a WOD in.
oh yeah, joey = lifetime
Did “freddy’s revenge” at 155# and rested 5-10 mins or so then did jackie…doing that freddy’s revenge was mentally challenging getting that weight overhead that many times but the burpees were clean though. 13:51 was my time by the way.
