Did “Annie” today because my left hand is our of commission. Jammed my thumb putting down the bar on thrusters last night. Finally did it under 10 min!
Emily Lifteime isn’t me…try again haha. Never posted my Deadlift-burpee wod time on Tuesday. It was 3:23 a good improvement from the 3:50 from a few months back. Maybe we can get to 3:00 next time. For a little perspective the top 5 men at the games did this wod b/w 2:33 and 2:41. there’s always more levels to climb. good news is that with my time i would’ve beat 7 of the guys in the top 20 on this particular event (silver lining!). can’t wait to shave another :40 secs off my time!
Also last nite did the sqauts-muscle ups wod but subbed in double unders and finished in 14:50. tough wod and good work to joey on 30 muscle ups. look how far you’ve come
Made up a work out while in OH, using a local soccer field, did a set of 10 pullups on the goal post then ran accross the field to the next goal post, 6 sets, 5:57
