Worked out with Animal for the last time today. AMRP: 5 thrusters, 7 hang power cleans, 10 sumo deadlift high pulls. #75. 7 1/3 rounds. Less rounds than last time, more weight. Man, I hate this workout!
1/2 CIndy today, not so good, all the Christmas food is holding me down! and the stress of going back to work tomorrow is doing a doozy to my shoulder, so I got 8 rounds in. BUT I did get my first Double Unders!! Something I never thought I would do!
