Are double unders one of your weaknesses or have you been looking for a way to improve your technique? We’re proud to host MollyM and her JumpNRope World Champion team here this Saturday for a jump rope seminar. The team performed at the CrossFit Games last year and have already traveled to 80+ CrossFit gyms across the world helping people with their rope technique. If double unders are leaving you frustrated and with more lash marks than reps or if you could be more proficient, the team will have tips and drills on making your double skills better. There is a limited amount of spots available as we want to ensure that all participants, regardless of skill, get plenty of attention.
