Teams of Two Complete: (One Person Working at a Time)
3 Rounds for time of:
20 Pull-ups (Partner Assisted if Needed)
15 Burpees
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 Handstand Push-ups

    Clean work up to a heavy single – 285# – 295#(f)

    I’m catching these way too high up and riding the bar down. have to learn to catch the bar lower and i should be able to get more weight. i’ll work on this with lighter loads to hammer it in and then we’ll fix other things

    Havent posted in a few days. I have been trying out new restaurants and have had no time post wod.

    Partner WOD was a 3 way at the 8am
    Jeff, Jaimie and yours truly!

    We kicked arse!

    Everything felt pretty good. NIce short little WOD. 15 something was our time!

    Jaimie’s second WOD and he crushed it!

    Thinking about going back in a couple hours for some more pain!

    Need to lift heavy shit before I lift a heavy amount of pizza, wings and Sweet Mandie B’s for the Super Bowl tomorrow!

    5rds + 4 Burpees…front squats got slow in the later rounds.

    Confession – I STILL cannot figure out the true identity of Shirtless Sue after all this time. One day I will unravel the mystery but it’s fun trying to guess. I think I’ll actually regret the day I find out because the chase will be over

    Great way to start the weekend, and the name game was a good way to get introduced to the class. I definitely wouldn’t mind doing that at more classes. Jeff, way to push all the way to the end and put up a good time. Also, thanks for assisting with the pull-ups. Really need to get that kip down.

    Then went over to ID gym to get some endurance work in
    4×1 mile on treadmill with 3 min rest. First 3 done in 6:00, 4th mile 5:45.
    Then 5 min rest and
    10 min row@70%–2537m
    10 min plank

    Sooooooo…. I didn’t make it to the ‘fun’ partner workout today…. buttttt does it make me sound super pathetic that I was so excited to find out that my picture was on the CrossFit blog! For the first time……..ever…… WOOOOOOOO!!!!! I feel like I won something!!!!!!!! yah! yah! yah!!!!! Make it rainnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Any who…..(back to Earth) I will try and make it in tomorrow before the fun really starts for the Super Bowl festivities….

    Worked out with the L1 Trainers today
    I modded their workout to be:

    5 rounds
    5 wall walks
    10 front squats @135#
    20 Russian 1.5 pood Swings
