I’m catching these way too high up and riding the bar down. have to learn to catch the bar lower and i should be able to get more weight. i’ll work on this with lighter loads to hammer it in and then we’ll fix other things

Great way to start the weekend, and the name game was a good way to get introduced to the class. I definitely wouldn’t mind doing that at more classes. Jeff, way to push all the way to the end and put up a good time. Also, thanks for assisting with the pull-ups. Really need to get that kip down.
Good 10am class. Teamed up with Jovan. I scaled the pull ups to 12, kip is getting better every week for me.

Sooooooo…. I didn’t make it to the ‘fun’ partner workout today…. buttttt does it make me sound super pathetic that I was so excited to find out that my picture was on the CrossFit blog! For the first time……..ever…… WOOOOOOOO!!!!! I feel like I won something!!!!!!!! yah! yah! yah!!!!! Make it rainnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve always wondered who shirtless Sue was too. I’ve enjoyed her posts and wonder if she will ever reveal herself…….
Are you guys kidding me??? How can you not know who Shirtless Sue is? All I will say is she is pretty a.maxe.balls and class is always better when she’s there.
