    Me and Vlad, my rounds around 01:50′s Vlad just over 2′s was a lot of fun.

    10:00 class this morning – Made up yesterday’s partner WOD. AMRAP in 1 min for 5 RNDS of:

    Hang Power Cleans @ 95#
    Shoulder to Overhead @ 95#
    PU
    Burpees

    Team total was 531. Worked with Ant (Anthony) today. He did 296 reps and I did 239. Not knowing how to kip is killing me, but all-in-all a great way to end the week!

    First time making it to CFC Yoga this morning. It was a great and refreshing way to end a tough crossfiting week. Thanks Melissa!

    Felt like doing a little lifting afterward, so I made up Thursday’s volume work.

    Snatches felt really good. I should have kept working into heavier weights. I’m sure the extra mobility worked helped….
