    Hadn’t done ring muscle ups in 2 weeks so got some work in:

    EMOM for 15 mins:
    3 weighted muscle ups

    9 mins @ 6#
    6 mins @ 10#

    +

    Alternating EMOM for 8 mins
    Odd mins – 40′ handstand walk w/turnaround at 20′
    Even mins – 10 over the box jump overs @ 30′

    +

    5 rounds:
    10 toes to bar
    10 power snatch @ 75#
    10 wall ball @ 20#

    TIME – 6:22

    All unbroken
